Something that the physical education teac...Fred, <br /><br />Something that the physical education teachers do at the school district that I teach at is they are able to find a game or two that students love to participate in each year and they throw themselves into the game for an entire quarter. In my school district, the game is called "Pickle-ball." It has it's origins within the community and was a popular game played by those growing up in the 1950s and is still popular today. Finding something that you can connect with the community and bring it into your curriculum is something I would suggest.
